TIPS TO HELP WITH THE MINDBODY BOOKING SYSTEM
AND MINDBODY CONNECT APP
I can’t find you when I search for you on the app.
When searching for us on the app, type in “Brock” or “Brock Athletic”, NOT “Brock Pilates”. And make sure the radius is big enough to reach us from where you are.
Do I have to search for you every time I start the Mindbody app?
No. Once you have Brock Athletic Pilates on the app, click on the star to the right of our name to add us to your Favorites. That way you can find us instantly each time by tapping on Favorites at the bottom.
I know I made a reservation on my computer, but the app says I have nothing booked.
If reservations that you made on the computer don’t show up on your phone, or vice versa, go to My Info at the bottom of the app. Where it asks “Trouble syncing your MINDBODY accounts”, tap on “Resend Activation Email” and follow the instructions you receive in that email.
